GENERAL PROVISIONS:
- Express delivery "Courier" absolutely free for all of countries.
- Our shipping partner, DHL, orders are delivered Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.
DELIVERY TERMS:
DHL EXPRESS: Russia, most of Europe and USA: delivery within 3-7 days Rest of the world: delivery within 3-10 days
Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch. Rasario cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval, though we will try to minimise any potential delays.
DUTIES &TAXES:
- Delivery duties are not included in the item price. This means the price you pay to Rasario will exclude all relevant import duties and sales taxes. As the recipient of the order, you must instead pay these duties and taxes directly to our carrier to release your order from customs. As we are unable to advise the exact amount, we recommend contacting your local customs office or tax authority before placing an order.
RETURN:
- You can cancel the order anytime, please contact us orderonline@therasario.com as soon as possible to cancel or make any changes to an order.
- If the item you did not like or did not fit, you can return it. Return within 14 days is absolutely free, you also have 14 days for refund. Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

- Orders made to individual measurements are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
ORDER TRACKING
- Once your order has left us, you will receive an email containing an air waybill number to track its progress online. If you are a registered customer, you can also follow your delivery by signing into your account.
