Return policy
We hope you are happy with your RASARIO purchase.
If you wish to return an eligible item, please follow the instructions below.
1. Return Period
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To request a return, please contact our team via WhatsApp at +1 (838) 200-9043.
Once your return has been approved,
RASARIO will provide you with pre-completed return documents and detailed shipping instructions.
Please do not send any item back without prior approval and return instructions from RASARIO.

2. Items That Cannot Be Returned
Returns are not accepted for:

items from the BRIDAL collection;

made-to-order items;
-
items that have been altered or tailored;
-
items marked as Final Sale.
Other items may be returned unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page.
3. Return Conditions
Returned items must be:

unworn and unused;
-
in their original condition;
-
returned with all original labels, tags and seals attached;

returned with all original accessories and packaging.
Items may only be tried on to the extent necessary to check the size and fit.
Items showing signs of wear, damage, alterations, stains, odors or other changes may not be accepted for return.
4. How to Return Your Order
Once your return request has been approved, RASARIO will send you the required return documents and detailed shipping instructions.
Please follow the instructions provided and return the item using the designated tracked delivery service.
All approved returns are sent to our return facility in Istanbul, Türkiye.
Please keep your proof of shipment until your refund has been completed.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Where RASARIO arranges or prepays the return shipment, the applicable return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
RASARIO will cover return shipping costs if the item received is defective or incorrect.
If an order is refused, unclaimed or returned to RASARIO due to the customer’s failure to complete the required delivery or customs procedures, any applicable return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or style, please return the eligible item in accordance with this Return Policy and place a new order.
7. Refunds
All returned items are inspected upon arrival.
Once the return has been received, inspected and approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Any return shipping costs payable by the customer will be deducted from the refund where applicable.
Processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
