We ship all orders via FedEx or UPS
Shipping rate: $100 worldwide. Free shipping on orders over $2,000
Delivery time: Order delivery time is 5-12 business days to any country.
Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.
TAXES AND DUTIES
If the Rasario brand is available in your country, you won't need to pay any additional taxes or fees.
After receiving your order, our manager will contact you to discuss your delivery options. If none of these options are available, we will be forced to cancel your order.
Shipping to USA
For international orders shipped to customers in the US, please be aware that US Customs may ask for your IRS, EIN or SSN number before enabling delivery to your address. You will normally have one week to provide this information before your order is returned to the Rasario brand for a refund. If you refuse to provide the requested information after delivery of your order, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the amount paid to Rasario.
RETURN&EXCHANGE
Full Price: Products purchased at full price are eligible for Return&Exchange for a refund within 7 days from the date that the Product was delivered to you
Promotions: Products that are purchased with a Promotion/sale are eligible for Return&Exchange for a refund within 7 days from the date that the Product was delivered to you with deduction of the Return rate.
Final Sale: Products purchased on final sale (as further described below) are not eligible for return or a refund.
Orders made to individual measurements are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Your products must be returned in the original packaging, including any boxes, hangers, garment bags, and other signature packaging materials, including Rasario and designer hanging tags. Other designer packaging such as belts, dust bags, authenticity cards, and leather tags should all be included where provided.
