We ship worldwide via FedEx or UPS.

SHIPPING

Shipping rate: $100 worldwide.
Complimentary worldwide shipping: on orders of $1,000 or more.

Delivery time: 5–12 business days.

Pre-order delivery time: 14–21 business days.

To help avoid delivery delays, please provide your complete shipping address and accurate contact details when placing your order.

TAXES & DUTIES

Applicable taxes and import duties are covered by RASARIO.

Our aim is to ensure that the price paid at checkout is the final purchase price, without unexpected customs charges upon delivery.

In certain countries, customs authorities or the carrier may require additional personal information or documentation from the recipient in order to clear the shipment. Please provide the requested information promptly to avoid delays.

If you receive an unexpected request from the carrier to pay import duties or taxes, please contact RASARIO Client Service before making the payment so that our team can assist you.

If a shipment cannot be delivered because the recipient refuses to provide the information required for customs clearance, any return shipping costs incurred may be deducted from the refund.

RETURNS

Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once your return request has been approved, RASARIO will provide the required return documents and shipping instructions.

The following items are not eligible for return:

• BRIDAL collection;

• made-to-order items;

• altered or tailored items;

• items marked as Final Sale.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you require another size or style, please return the eligible item and place a new order.
