Q: Can I place an order via therasario.com now?

A: Yes, you can. We continue receiving orders. Delivery usually takes 7-12 business days. Before placing the order, please make sure that borders of your country are open for receiving parcels from abroad. You can obtain this information by contacting your local DHL office.

Q: How can I choose a right size if it’s a first time I order from the e-shop?

We will send your purchase immediately after quarantine. If you change your mind you’ll have the opportunity to cancel the order and receive a refund.
Q: What if I want to order a position that is not in stock?

Q: Is it possible to return my order if the size did not fit me?

A: Yes, you can return your order within 14 business days after it’s received. If for any reason you cannot find the opportunity to return the order during this period in your country, we may be ready individually consider the possibility of returning it after this period.
