Refunds

Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit to your RASARIO account. You should see the refund on your bank statement within 10-30  business days, depending on your financial institution. Please note we are only able to refund the original card(s) used to place the order.

We would like to draw your attention that customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Rasario. We suggest contacting your local customs bureau directly, as they may be able to assist you in recovering these funds. Please note that Rasario does not refund the cost of outbound shipping.
